The MCC headquarter project can be regarded as a typical Chinese garden. The architectural and landscape treatment methods create a tranquil and peaceful landscape atmosphere. In order to achieve the goal of a green garden office, the project maximizes the area of permeable ground , Will make full use of the rainwater garden area to collect and filter rainwater for reuse in the garden. The layout of the landscape roof will also be maximized. Through various intelligent and efficient processing methods and comprehensive consideration from the standpoint of the actual users of the park, we strive to provide all users with a pleasant, healthy, efficient and convenient office environment, and realize an architectural park project in harmony with nature. The north-south facade of the project adopts the method of hanging ceramic plates, which echoes the original two red brick buildings. Both the original red brick material and the new ceramic board material come from the most primitive building material: soil. Different material properties are formed through different sintering methods. Red bricks represent the glorious history of MCC in the past 70 years. The new ceramic plate is stable and introverted. It represents MCC’s foothold in the past and adherence to “integrity/innovation/growth/efficiency”. Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative corporate development values. The metal material and glass material on the top reflects the simple architectural sense of the times through a specific combination of shapes, which means a brighter future. The north and east sides are the main facades of the building. Through the changes of the facades, it tells a glorious history that has gradually evolved and looks forward to the future.
