The topography of the zone B has a sharp slope, the villas in this zone has to adapt to the site, each level of the villas are setback to connect with the slope, like a “stairs”, every setback creates a terrace of balcony to enjoy the view of the nature. Same as the villas on the zone A, the villas are taking the full wide of the site, so there is enough distance between then to be comfortable. |
